I found the location convenient for exploring the area. The staff members like Amin and Tural were always available with a friendly smile. I was grateful that the breakfast included turkish options like salads and sliced meats. The hotel had a modern coffee shop right outside, it was quite useful.

The room included coffee and three types of teabags. Daily cleaning was done, which I found very convenient. The location was close to tram stations. Laundry, convenience stores, pharmacies, restaurants, and a masjid were nearby. The area suited my needs. The staff was friendly and helped with various requests. The breakfast offered many choices. The reception team was excellent! they were always ready to assist.

The staff, especially amin and togrul, were helpful. the breakfast was amazing!!! it featured a variety of foods that i found delicious. i especially loved the la perla cafe. The strawberry with chocolate was so tender and good!!!

the staff were very friendly. they were helpful and professional. the location is excellent with many restaurants nearby. it's a walking distance to attractions such as hagia sophia.
the room sizes are too small. there is no space in room to keep the luggage. i booked a big room but they provided a small one. it took two hours to move to another room.

the hotel is near many main attractions, a definite plus. the breakfast included tasty foods and i especially liked the sweets. i also received helpful assistance from the staff .
the room i stayed in felt significantly smaller than described initially. also there were chipped paints and a broken shower head in the room. these issues impacted my overall experience.
